Topanga Commercial Construction (TCC) is Topanga’s licensed general contracting and construction management arm. TCC’s specialized construction services cover all phases of the construction process – from permits to certificate of occupancy. Our seasoned team delivers quality buildings and maintains standing relationships with trusted subcontractors. Our projects are carefully coordinated with in-house project managers, value engineered with architects and engineers, then closely supervised by knowledgeable site superintendents. Topanga has focused on multi-family projects as well as accessory dwelling units (ADUs), mixed use and retail projects. Our experience translates into on-budget and on-time delivery, which translates to higher returns for our investors and clients.
Topanga Managing Partners
Topanga Managing Partners (TMP), Topanga’s property management arm, and the full-service operator of all our buildings. TMP takes a hands-on approach to property management with a team that employs modern marketing to minimize vacancy and achieve market rent. Our team focuses on reducing operating expenses while also fostering community among our tenants. Through in-house property management, Topanga can more closely monitor and forecast operations of its income generating real estate assets.
